Qualified Groups:
Available only to organized community and business groups. No private personal events such as weddings, birthday parties, or anniversaries.
Capacity:
Seated event limited to 50 people. Standing event limited to 250 people.
Hours:
Available between 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Cost:
February through November: Weekdays and weekends...$900.
December: Sunday through Thursday...$1,500; Friday and Saturday...$2,200.
Additional Time & Cost:
May extend event to 11:00 PM for an additional charge of $125.00.
Reservation Deposit:
Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. February through November reservation deposit is $200. December reservation deposit is $500. The deposit will be applied to the total cost. We accept checks and VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card.
Use Agreement:
The agreement must be signed and submitted along with the non-refundable deposit in order to reserve a date.

Caterers:
Organizations must use an approved caterer. A list of the approved caterers for Pittock Mansion is provided here.
Entertainment:
The organization renting the Mansion is responsible for providing its own entertainment. A grand piano is available.
Tables & Chairs:
Available at no additional charge: 50 chairs, 5 round 60" tables, 2 round 30" tables, and 4 rectangular 36"x72" tables.
Pittock Staff:
Pittock staff will be present during all events.
Prohibitions:
No smoking inside; guests can step outside.
No tents on the lawns.
